LAMP BRACKET AND CABLE SLIP STRENGTH TESTER

Lamps are used to withstand accidental pulls exerted on them. The equipment consists of a metal frame on which the helmet under test can be held firmly while mounted on an appropriate head form, a dead weight of 2.25 kg to apply jerks on the lamp bracket or cable clip under test, and a guide bush to enable the cord connected to the lamp bracket or cable clip to be pulled up manually through a height of either 80 or 30 mm.
