A rigid steel fabricated framework consisting of heavy metallic base, a hinged metallic block to mount the head form on, steel wire guide rapes, which guide the indenter while falling, and means to raised the indenter to the required height and dropping it from that height. The frame is grouted to a concrete block of the required mass and dimensions. Arrangements are provided on the side of frame for the operator to step up to required height.

SHOCK ABSORPTION TESTER (DIGITAL) & PENETRATION TEST
The Shock Absorption Tester (Digital) & Penetration Test Apparatus is designed for testing non-metal safety helmets for firemen, civil defence personnel, industrial safety personnel, and police force personnel. The equipment consists of a rigid steel fabricated framework with a heavy metallic base, hinged metallic block for mounting the head form, steel wire guide ropes, and a lifting arrangement for raising and releasing the indenter from the required height.
