DIGITAL PNEUMATIC BURSTING STRENGTH TESTER

With digital bright LCD  display of bursting strength having a capacity of 70 Kg/ cm2  with an accuracy of + 1% for bursting strength of Paper fabric / carton having thin as well as molded diaphragm for testing material with lower as well higher test values accurately. Having the LCD display. With corrosion resistant enamel paint and unit of measurement in KGF/cm2 with Peak hold facility.

Description

The Digital Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester is designed to determine the bursting strength of materials such as paper, fabric and corrugated board. The GTX-BP4 is provided with a bright digital LCD display for monitoring bursting pressure, with a capacity of up to 70 kg/cm².

The tester uses a pneumatic clamping system to hold the test specimen during testing. A diaphragm arrangement is provided for testing materials with different bursting strength requirements. The digital pressure indicator displays the test reading in kg/cm², with a least count of 0.1 kg/cm².

Working Principle of Digital Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester

During testing, the specimen is securely clamped using the pneumatic clamping system. Pressure is applied until the specimen fails, and the bursting pressure is displayed on the digital indicator.

The machine includes auto-stop and auto-return facilities when sample failure occurs. A peak hold facility is also provided to retain the maximum pressure reading during the test.

Applications of Digital Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester

The tester can be used for bursting strength evaluation of:

  • Paper
  • Fabric
  • Corrugated boxes
  • Corrugated board
  • Other suitable sheet materials

The equipment is also specified for testing corrugated boxes up to 7-ply construction, according to the provided technical data.
