Laboratory Padding Mangle – GTX-PH Series
The Laboratory Padding Mangle – GTX-PH Series is available in three models: GTX-PH2 (Vertical), GTX-PH4 (With Heating Chamber) and GTX-PH6 (Horizontal). The series provides different configurations for laboratory padding and pad-dry applications.
All models have a working width of 450 mm. The GTX-PH2 is a vertical laboratory padding mangle with a synthetic rubber coated roller, while the GTX-PH4 combines a padding mangle with an integrated heating chamber. The GTX-PH6 is a horizontal pneumatic padding mangle with synthetic rubber rollers and pneumatic operation.

Laboratory Padding Mangle – GTX-PH Series
The Laboratory Padding Mangle – GTX-PH Series is available in three models: GTX-PH2 (Vertical), GTX-PH4 (With Heating Chamber) and GTX-PH6 (Horizontal). The series provides different configurations for laboratory padding and pad-dry applications.
All models have a working width of 450 mm. The GTX-PH2 is a vertical laboratory padding mangle with a synthetic rubber coated roller, while the GTX-PH4 combines a padding mangle with an integrated heating chamber. The GTX-PH6 is a horizontal pneumatic padding mangle with synthetic rubber rollers and pneumatic operation.

GTX-PH2 – Vertical Laboratory Padding Mangle
The GTX-PH2 is a vertical laboratory padding mangle with a 450 mm working width. It has a 120 mm Dia. × 500 mm Length roller/bowl with synthetic rubber coating and 70–75 Shore rubber hardness.
The model provides variable speed up to 10 mtrs/min and has an approximate 900 ml liquor trough capacity. Its construction includes an MS powder coated base, chrome plated housing and pillars, SS304 trough and control panel.
Special features include a digital tachometer, safety protector, emergency stop and compact design. The electrical supply is 230 VAC, Single Phase.
GTX-PH4 – Padding Mangle with Heating Chamber
The GTX-PH4 is a padding mangle with an integrated heating chamber for Pad-Dry Applications. It has a 450 mm working width and an electrical heating system with 8, 16 & 24 kW heater options.
The maximum temperature is 250°C (±5°C), with a dwell time of 45 Seconds to 5 Minutes. The heating chamber length is 1750 mm and temperature control is provided through a TC04 Digital Temperature Indicator Controller.
The construction consists of an MS painted outer body with high temperature resistant inner coating. The electrical supply is 415 V, Three Phase, 40 Amp.
GTX-PH6 – Horizontal Pneumatic Laboratory Padding Mangle
The GTX-PH6 is a horizontal pneumatic laboratory padding mangle with a 450 mm working width. It uses synthetic rubber rollers with 65–70 Shore rubber hardness and has a variable speed specification of 10 mtrs/min.
The model uses a D.C. Motor, ¼ H.P., 65 RPM Gear Motor and provides pneumatic operation with standard pneumatic fittings and cylinders.
The GTX-PH6 has Complete SS304 Construction (MS Powder Coated Base Frame).
