HTHP Glycerin Bath Beaker Dyeing Machine
The HTHP Glycerin Bath Beaker Dyeing Machine is a versatile, compact and maintenance free equipment suitable for dyeing of polyester, cotton and any form of fiber or blended yarn and fabric. It can also be used to carry out the dyeing process at atmospheric pressure.
The machine is available in different beaker configurations to suit different dyeing requirements. The HTHP Glycerin Bath Beaker Dyeing Machine Series includes GTX-HG1-A, GTX-HG1-B and GTX-HG1-C models.
The main bath and outer body are made of SS-304 Grade, while the beakers are made of SS-316 Grade. The machine is provided with a digital temperature indicator cum controller/programmer, cooling arrangement and electrical heating with glycerin as the heating medium.

Applications

The different beaker configurations of the GTX-HG1 series provide options for 12 × 250 ml, 12 × 500 ml, or 8 × 250 ml + 1 × 5L arrangements.
Heating and Cooling System
The HTHP Glycerin Bath Beaker Dyeing Machine is equipped with an electrical heating system of 4.5 kW using glycerin as the heating medium. A cooling pipe with water circulation is provided as the cooling system.
Temperature control is provided through a digital temperature indicator cum controller/programmer, with a programming capacity of up to 99 programs.
Construction
The machine has a complete stainless steel construction. The main bath and outer body are made from SS-304 Grade, while the beakers are made from SS-316 Grade.
The wall thickness is 4 mm, with the specified pressure withstand capacity of up to 6 kg/cm². The tank, beaker and gear box assembly is designed for smooth & leak-proof operation.
